    Voice recognition computers understand women better than men, according to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Edinburgh and Stanford University. Published in the journal Speech Communication, the study suggested that computers become confused as men “umm” and “err” more frequently. The fact that most people inhale before speaking can also confuse computers.
