上海楼房倒塌案责任人受审

    Two people linked to a building collapse that killed one worker in Shanghai last June stood trial last week. Zhang Zhiqin and Que Jingde, once senior executives of Meidu Real Estate Company, the building’s developer, were held in Shanghai and charged with embezzling over 40 million yuan. Mr. Zhang was also charged with diverting 440 million yuan of company funds.
