黑龙江出台法规禁止器官买卖

    A new provincial regulation in Heilongjiang went into effect on March 1 prohibiting the sale of human organs for profit. Persons convicted of trafficking will forfeit any gains and be subject to a fine of up to 10 times the illegal gains earned. Any medical staff involved will also be decertified.
