第6届香港影视娱乐博览会将于今年3月22至4月18日举行，集合9项包括电影、电视、音乐、数码娱乐等大型活动，为亚洲影视娱乐界最大盛事。

     Five-time Oscar winner Richard Taylor, Cannes award winner Tony Leung and creative talents from across Asia and the world will gather in Hong Kong this month for one of the region’s leading entertainment events, which covers film, television and music, with digital entertainment at the top of the bill.

    Hong Kong Entertainment Expo 2010, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, will run for nearly a month, beginning on March 22 and closing on April 18. It is the sixth year that the expo has been held in Hong Kong.

    As Hong Kong Entertainment Ambassador, local actor Tony Leung said that Hong Kong’s entertainment industry is diversified and has significant potential. “The expo has had great success over the past several years and provided the industry with great opportunities in promotion, funding and talent cultivation,” said Mr. Leung, adding that the public’s involvement was crucial for the expo’s success.

    The multimedia extravaganza will bring together nine feature events, including the Hong Kong International Film Festival, the Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum, the Hong Kong Music Fair, and the Hong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards. More than 500 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions will take part in this year’s film festival from March 22-25 and will feature over 250 film screenings and 60 seminars and networking sessions.
