Sleep loss hampers performance
长期睡不足行为受影响

One night of good sleep is not enough to recover from chronic sleep deficit, which over time hinders a person’s ability to stay alert and attentive, according to U.S. researchers in a study released last week. Multiple nights of sleep deficit when the body’s rhythm says it is time to snooze have cumulative detrimental effects on how a person performs and could be a safety risk, the researchers wrote in the journal Science Translational Medicine.
