贵阳举行中欧战略对话

    China and the European Union opened their fifth strategic dialogue last week in Guiyang, Guizhou. State Councilor Dai Bingguo and visiting E.U. foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton co-chaired the one-day meeting. The previous rounds were held between vice foreign ministers of China and countries holding the rotating presidency of the European Union.
