“环球小姐”花落墨西哥

    Jimena Navarrete of Mexico earned the crown of Miss Universe last week. Ms. Navarrete, 22, won over the judges in Las Vegas after telling them it was vital to teach kids family values. She donned a flowing red gown for the evening gown competition. First runner-up was Miss Jamaica Yendi Phillipps, followed by Miss Australia Jesinta Campbell. Ms. Navarrete has been modeling since she was 15 and is Mexico’s second Miss Universe.
