Winter Palace treasures on display
冬宫珍宝亮相上海博物馆
The Shanghai Museum opened a new exhibition of treasures from Russia’s Winter Palace, the residence of Russian rulers from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century. Approximately 300 artworks are on display, including art commissioned by Peter the Great, Empress Elizabeth, Catherine the Second, and Alexander the First. The exhibition will run through mid-December.
