舟曲逾七千学生开始新学期

    Primary and middle school students in mudslide-battered Zhouqu, Gansu, began the fall semester last week after the disaster claimed 1,447 lives on August 8. Zhouqu has two primary schools, two junior schools and one senior high school. Students received free textbooks and school supplies. The relocation of more than 1,700 mudslide evacuees from local schools began last week.
