    There were an average of 10.3 cars for every 100 urban households in Fujian at the end of July, representing an increase of 12.9 percent year-on-year. In the first seven months of the year, Fuzhou tax authorities collected purchase taxes on 47,201 cars, surging 21.5 percent year on year.
