厦门将成立石油交易中心

    The Xiamen Petroleum Trading Center will open on September 28. Annual sales are expected to top 10 billion yuan in two years. Future plans include an office tower in Haicang. Construction of the project will begin in September and be completed by 2014. With an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the building will have a gross floor area of 100,000 square meters.
