    The Le Rivage Cafe Restaurant at the Wyndham Xiamen launched a Vietnamese Food Festival last Friday. Two guest chefs from Vietnam have taken up residence at the Wyndham to prepare traditional Vietnamese gourmet meals with a focus on seafood. Chef specialties include a range of Vietnamese fried rice noodles and local desserts. The festival will run through August 22.
