    A Swedish man recently received what is believed to be the world’s largest speeding fine of $1 million. The 37-year-old was driving his Mercedes at 300 kilometers per hour, two and a half times the speed limit. In Switzerland, speeding fines are calculated according to a formula that takes into consideration the income of the motorist and the severity of the speed.
