上周，知名时尚杂志《名利场》公布2010年全球最佳穿着名单，这是《名利场》连续第71年制作全球最佳穿着排名榜。引人注目的是，英国首相卡梅伦的夫人珊曼莎、美国总统夫人米歇尔及法国第一夫人布吕尼都榜上有名。

    Last week, Vanity Fair magazine released its International best-dressed list for 2010, with first ladies as the favorites. America’s Michelle Obama, France’s Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and the United Kingdom’s Samantha Cameron are all on the list.

    “Michelle Obama plays a very important role in fashion right now,” said Vanity Fair special correspondent Amy Fine Collins. “Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has a sexier, sultrier look. And Samantha Cameron is the first visibly pregnant first lady we’ve had on the list.”

    Vanity Fair has been running the list for 71 years. The magazine sent ballots to thousands of people around the world, who are believed to have the inside track on style, including designers, retailers, editors, socialites, photographers and entertainers.

    Lady Gaga, comedian Alec Baldwin and fashion designer John Galliano also appeared on the ranking of global fashion elites.

    Ms. Obama has given first lady fashions a thorough shake-up. It is the fourth consecutive appearance on the list for Ms. Obama, who is credited with reviving exposed arms, belts, cardigans, shift dresses, high hair and kitten heels.

    The wife of David Cameron is thought to be the first visibly pregnant woman to show on the list. The magazine praised her wardrobe of brooches, bib necklaces and the labels Phillip Lim and Erdem. Her style was described as “realpolitik.”
