    The Marco Polo Café has brought to Xiamen an exotic taste of the Lion City -- the annual Singapore Food Festival has returned to the Marco Polo Xiamen Hotel. Running from August 9 to 22, the festival includes a wide range of Singaporean delicacies including black-pepper prawn, bak-kut-the, Hainan chicken rice and curried crabs.
