	Russian artist 俄罗斯残疾画家获大奖 Russian artist Viktror Babarykin, who has suffered a disability since childhood, is seen at work burning out a picture on wood. Babarykin was awarded the Filantrop (Philanthropist) International Prize for outstanding achievements in arts, May 19.
