Longest-ever pizza

An Israeli woman and her child stand next to a 100-meter long pizza in the Israeli city of Herzliya, north of Tel Aviv, Nov. 3. Fifty cooks made the pizza using 39 hours of work in a bid to enter the Guinness Book of Records for the longest-ever pizza.

A special book presentation is held at Xiamen International School, Nov. 6. Xiamen Daily Common Talk, which was created last year and recieves language support from XIS, gave copies of the newspaper and books valued at RMB 2000 to the XIS library as a gift towards children's education. XIS is a unique International School which has passed the criteria for certification from the WASC(Western Association of Schools and Colleges) in the Fujian Province.
