| Crowds of crazy participants from the Joy Children's Language School at the SM City Square |
"Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to
eat." A group of small children sang as they went into some shops
at the SM City Square to play the "trick or treat" game on the evening
of the Halloween Day. These small children wearing costumes and dressed
as pixies or ghosts came from the Joy Children’s Language School(佳音英语).
At the three doors set on the three floors, the school children were
tested on their English vocabulary and English songs. Once they passed
the tests, they would follow their teachers into the shops with the
Jack-o-lanterns hung over the doors. All the shop owners kindly handed
out candies to the children on hearing their “trick or treat” song. And
none of the children behaved mischievously. It was great fun for all
the participants.
